Had a fabulous massage today from Juanita Kerr Lmt at Five Element Massage in Leesburg! Still trying to heal this pinched nerve in my neck. Two weeks ago, I slid but not want to fall in the middle of a restaurant I grabbed the back on the booth, I jammed my shoulder and twisted one ankle and rolled the other; but I didn't hit the ground! Old man thought I was trying to get fresh with him cuz I got in his personal space. My ankles hurt for a few days but my shoulder was still hurting pretty bad and hindering my bagging. So Juanita Simpson Kerr told me to get over to her place to work on it. She worked on range of motion and stretching it out. She massaged a number of muscles to help with all of that too. I am hurting but it is a good hurt. I know I'll be able to move it more in a few days too.

I had my first therapeutic massage today! It was a birthday gift from my sister and it was great! Juanita Simpson Kerr went out of her way to put me at ease, and before I knew it, I was totally relaxed. She also shared with me her knowledge of essential oils, which I am a firm believer of and educated me on things that I need to do for my body daily, while at home.
